Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order's arrival time depends on your location. Typically, order ship within 3-5 business days. International shippings will take longer. 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.

 

 What happens if my order is lost in the transit?

If your order is lost in the transit, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund according to our shipping policy.

 

 Is it also possible to collect my order?

At Aweare Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility and convenience in receiving your orders. That’s why we’re excited to offer an Order Collection option for our local customers. If you’re in the area and prefer to pick up your purchase in person, this service is designed just for you.

1. Choose “Collect in Store” at Checkout: When finalizing your purchase, select the “Collect in Store” option. This choice is completely free of charge.

2. Confirmation Email: Once your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on the pickup location and hours of operation.

3. Pick Up Your Order: contact us when you will be collecting your shirt, so we can make sure your shirt is ready! 

 

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my Aweare Collective shirt? 

To maintain the quality of your shirt, we recommend washing it in cold water, inside out, and line drying. Avoid using bleach and do not iron the print area.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition. To avoid improvident shopping, the costs of return are paid by the customer. The returning adress is provided in the invoice.

Shipping policy

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photographic evidence of the damage. 

 

We are not responsible for any events occuring in transit. However, if it happens that your package gets lost or damaged we will do our best to find the most appropriate solution. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship packages within 3-5 working days. You will receive an shipping confirmation in your mailbox when you package is shipped. Costs of shipping are based on the location and calculated at the checkout. The shipping carrier can be choosen at the checkout. After you made your order, the shipping address can not be changed. 

 

We also offer an Order Collection option for our local customers.

If you're living in Antwerp (BE), Horst (NL) or Maastricht (NL), please also choose this option and contact us. We will deliver the package ourselves so you can safe some money!

Return policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

 

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and in the original package. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team via the support page. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Returning address: the address the return can be shipped to can be found on the invoice you receive after you completed your order. Please  return your order unwashed, unworn andd in the original package.

 

Shipping Costs

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We try to do this within 5 working days.
